Advisory Panel on Public Sector Information

This paper was written primarily for Ministers who have a direct interest in or responsibility for the re-use of public sector information.  It sets out a short-term PSI strategy (the coming 12 months) and a medium term PSI strategy (the next 3 years) for the UK government.

Today, we say goodbye to Chris Seller who retires from the Panel.  Below is a Chris's biography which highlights the wealth of experience from which APPSI benefited:

Chris Sellers, Representative member of end-users, 2005-2007

Chris Sellers is a Business Development Director for Capita plc, working with clients across the public and private sectors to help them transform services through innovation. The author of two books on the topic of unlocking the value of information within organisations, his passion lies in understanding the way people respond and interact within today's information rich society. A Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Directors, he has been Managing Director of companies both in the UK and Australia and is currently working with Local and Central Government on the challenges they face in improving customer service and value for money. He is appointed to represent end-users in the field of information management.
