Response to the Review of the application of Directive 2003/98/EC

APPSI intends to send a submission to the European Commission in connection with the Commission’s review of the application of Directive 2003/98/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 17 November 2003 on the re-use of public sector information. What is avialable on this website?

The Panel will meet several times a year, both in full session and as sub-committees. Minutes of these meetings will be available on this website. It will report annually to ministers, and will also produce periodic reports on issues concerning Crown copyright and the re-use of public sector information. Press Notices will keep the media informed of significant events and developments.
