Review Board
The Review Board of APPSI is a specially constituted board convened by the Chair or Deputy Chair of APPSI.
Its role is to consider complaints referred to APPSI under Regulation 18 or, when requested, to review recommendations of OPSI under Regulation 20 of The Re-use of Public Sector Information Regulations 2005.
The Review Board normally consists of three members, either drawn from APPSI or co-opted experts, who will be chosen for their independence, objectivity and expertise.
